Aim of the Project
The ASSETs+ Project aims at reinforcing the human resource supply chain in the defence-related sector by developing a comprehensive strategy which operates at different levels to create, develop an upskill defence-wise students focusing on digital technologies:
ROBOTICS, AUTONOMOUS SYSTEMS, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, C4ISTAR AND CYBERSECURITY

Presentation of the ASSETs+ project in Polytechnic University of Marche
On September 28-30, 2022, the results of the ASSETs+ project were presented to students at the Polytechnic University of Marche.
The results of the project were presented and the possibilities of using them were introduced to students.
In addition, students were invited to participate in the European Defence Challenge III. It was presented what support students will receive in the form of seminars and what the works they submit may relate to.

Presentation of the European Defence Challenge III in Palermo
September 20th, 2022, during the meeting related to MAESTRO project the European Defence Challenge III has been presented to teachers and researchers from European universities such as:
- Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden
- Politecnico di Torino, Italy
- Loughborough University, United Kingdom
- University of Ljubljana, Slovenia
- Rzeszow University of Technology, Poland
- University of Pisa, Italy
The main goal and topic of the challenge were presented. Seminars planned for students, which are to support students in the preparation of their challenge proposal, were also discussed.
Moreover, the universities have been invited to register as Associated Stakeholders to take part in ASSETs+ activities, such as seminars or courses.

Presentation of the ASSETs+ Project at the University of Ljubljana
September 16th, 2022, the ASSETs+ project was presented to teachers, researchers and PHD students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ljubljana.
At the meeting, the objectives of the ASSETs+ project were presented together with the results of the research performed and the outputs developed.
The results of identification of technologies for the defence industry along with their application as well as the students' skills expected by the defence industry are presented.
Also courses designed as part of the project are shown.
In addition, information was provided on the European Defense Challenge III and an invitation for students of the University of Ljubljana to take part in the challenge.
