Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów management listened to the presentations of students of the Rzeszów University of Technology from the Production Engineering course.
The young, ambitious and creative talents bring a fresh perspective to the company and knowledge of the latest technologies that can support processes implemented in a human-centered production system.
The presented projects were developed with close collaboration with PWR employees in accordance with the Design Thinking methodology developed as part of the Planet4 project.
During teaching process carried out under the agreement between the Rzeszów University of Technology and Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów, students participating in the Lean Learning Academy Polska project analysed the current company’s challenges and proposed innovative solutions.
