The aim of the workshop realized 16 December 2021 was:
- identification of activities and practices for the design and development of training programs adapted to the current and future technological needs of the defence industry,
- identification of defence industry skills needs,
- identification of needs for the establishment of best practices and a qualification system in the European defence sector.
