The partners of the Skills4ADC+ project met at the official kick-off meeting hosted by Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini in Rome. The event marked the beginning of a joint effort to address critical skills gaps in the aerospace and defence sectors. Rzeszów University of Technology was represented by Katarzyna Barnuś and Maciej Mrozowski.
As these industries play a key role in Europe’s security, technological sovereignty, and competitiveness, the demand for highly skilled professionals has never been greater. At the same time, attracting and retaining talent—especially for emerging and highly specialized roles—remains a significant challenge.
Skills4ADC+ is designed to respond to these needs.
The project aims to support the development of modern, inclusive, and cross-sectoral upskilling and reskilling strategies.
